ASHRM 2019 features a diverse slate of industry-leading concurrent sessions presented by distinguished thought leaders in health care risk management and patient safety, in addition to memorable keynotes from nationally recognized speakers in health care and beyond.

Continuing Education Credits

To receive continuing education credits: Look for an emailed conference evaluation after the event ends. You must complete the evaluation to be eligible for credit. Check the neon flyer in your conference bag for more information. 

For all ASHRM educational events and programs, the educational activity’s planners and the presenter(s) have indicated they have no bias or conflict of interest. Contact hours are awarded after verification of an individual’s full attendance and successful completion of an online evaluation.

ASHRM/CPHRM Renewal

Conference participants can earn up to 18.00 continuing education credits toward the fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow), and toward CPHRM renewal.

Continuing Nursing Education

American Society for Health Care Risk Management is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Conference participants may earn up to 18.00 continuing nursing credits for their attendance at the Conference.

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
By attending the 2019 ASHRM Annual Conference offered by the American Society for Health Care Risk Management participants may earn up to 18 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

Supreme Court of Illinois (CLE)
This course is approved for 9.00 Illinois MCLE general credit hours.

National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
This program has been approved by the National Association for Healthcare Quality for a maximum of 18.0 CPHQ continuing education credits for this event.

The Doctor's Company (CME)

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The Doctors Company and American Society for Health Care Risk Management.
